Revamped provides a service ("Service" or "Revamped Service") via the application and website offered from time to time at https://revamped.gg (collectively, the "Site," or "Sites"). The Revamped Service is owned and operated by Revamped ("Company", "we" or "us").
Your use of the Revamped Service is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms of Service (the "Terms of Service").
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING ANY PART OF THE REVAMPED SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, EXIT THIS PAGE AND DO NOT ACCESS OR USE THE REVAMPED SERVICE.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms of Service. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates the latest modifications made to these Terms. By continuing to use the Revamped Service, you agree to any such modifications. Therefore, you are responsible for reviewing the Terms of Service periodically.
By signing up for Revamped, you acknowledge and agree that we will collect, store, and display your Valorant stats and gameplay data on our platform. You must provide explicit consent during the sign-up process to allow Revamped to access and display this information. If you do not agree to this, please do not sign up for the service.
Use of the Revamped Service is subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy. By using Revamped, you agree to be bound by the terms of our Privacy Policy.
Revamped reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice and without liability. Service availability may be interrupted due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.
Revamped offers three purchase options for Revamped Pro: a monthly subscription, a yearly subscription, and a one-time Founder Lifetime purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple and governed by Apple's standard terms in addition to these Terms of Service.
Free trials. Monthly and yearly subscriptions include a 7-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. The trial converts to a paid subscription at the price shown at time of sign-up unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Auto-renewal. Monthly and yearly subscriptions renew automatically for the same duration at the same price until cancelled. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Subscriptions on your device.
Refunds. Refunds for all purchases (subscriptions and Founder Lifetime) are handled by Apple through your Apple ID account (Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Purchase History → Report a Problem). Revamped is not able to issue refunds outside of Apple's standard refund process.
The Founder Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase capped at 500 supporters. It unlocks every current and future feature of the Revamped Pro subscription tier for as long as Revamped Pro exists, subject to the exclusions and terms below.
Included. All features shipped at the Revamped Pro subscription tier at time of purchase, and all future additions to the Revamped Pro subscription tier, except as excluded below.
Not included. Founder Lifetime does not extend to features that:
Discontinuation. In the unlikely event that we discontinue the Founder Lifetime plan, active founders will receive between three (3) and six (6) months of complimentary Revamped Pro subscription time, delivered through their existing Apple ID. The exact duration will be announced at least thirty (30) days before discontinuation.
Notice. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing the Founder Lifetime plan, delivered via in-app notification and email to the address associated with your Apple ID where available. Founder Lifetime access continues without change during the notice period.
Cap. Founder Lifetime is limited to the first 500 supporters. Once the cap is reached, the plan is no longer offered for purchase.
Termination. Founder Lifetime access is subject to the "Termination and Enforcement" section below. If we terminate or suspend your access for cause (including any violation of these Terms of Service, misuse or abuse of the Service, fraudulent payments, or any other grounds listed in that section), Founder Lifetime access ends immediately, no refund is owed, and the discontinuation-credit provisions above do not apply.
If we cease operations of the Revamped Service, in whole or in part, for any reason, at any time, no user is entitled to any refund, credit, or compensation for any prior purchase. This is a zero-refund policy that applies uniformly to all users regardless of when they purchased, which plan they hold, or how much time remained on their subscription. This includes, without limitation, monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, the Founder Lifetime plan, and any add-on purchases.
"Any reason" includes, without limitation: a business decision to discontinue operations, unavailability of third-party services on which Revamped depends (including but not limited to Riot Games' APIs and Apple's App Store), regulatory action, loss of platform access, insolvency, force majeure, or any other cause.
Founder Lifetime. Founder Lifetime buyers acknowledge that the Founder Lifetime plan is valid "for as long as Revamped Pro exists" as stated in the Founder Lifetime Plan section. If the Revamped Service ceases operations, the Founder Lifetime plan terminates simultaneously and no refund or credit is owed.
Active subscriptions. Subscription buyers acknowledge that their subscription entitles them to access during the paid period only. If the Revamped Service ceases operations before the end of a paid period, no refund is owed for the unused portion.
Distinction from tier retirement. The 3-to-6-month discontinuation-credit provisions described in the "Founder Lifetime Plan" section apply only when the Founder Lifetime plan is retired while the Revamped Service otherwise continues to operate. Those provisions do not apply when the Revamped Service as a whole ceases operations, in which case this Service Cessation and No-Refund Policy governs and no credit is issued.
Apple refund process is independent. Refund requests for App Store purchases may still be submitted directly to Apple through your Apple ID account (Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Purchase History → Report a Problem). Apple's refund decisions are made independently by Apple according to Apple's own policies and are not governed or influenced by these Terms.
Revamped is intended for individuals at least thirteen (13) years of age. Use of the Service by individuals under this age is a violation of these Terms of Service.
You acknowledge that all materials on Revamped, including but not limited to the design, graphics, text, sounds, and images (collectively, "Materials"), are the property of Revamped or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited license to view and use the Materials for personal, non-commercial use only. No other rights are granted without the express written consent of Revamped or its licensors.
All trademarks, service marks, logos, trade names, and any other proprietary designations of third parties (such as Riot Games, Inc.) that are used within the Revamped Service or mentioned on the Revamped Site remain the property of their respective owners. Revamped does not claim any ownership over third-party intellectual property, including but not limited to any content, logos, or game assets related to Riot Games' products such as Valorant or League of Legends.
Your use of any third-party intellectual property through the Revamped Service must comply with the respective third-party's terms and conditions. By using the Revamped Service, you acknowledge that Riot Games and other third-party companies retain all rights to their intellectual property, and you agree to respect those rights.
Revamped has no affiliation with, endorsement from, or partnership with Riot Games, Inc. or any other third-party intellectual property owners unless explicitly stated. Any content referencing third-party intellectual property is for informational or community purposes only and is not an attempt to infringe upon or claim rights over such content.
You access Revamped by signing in with your Riot Games account; you do not create a separate Revamped account or password at this time. We may introduce an optional Revamped account in the future, and these Terms will apply to it as well. Whether you sign in through Riot or, in the future, through a Revamped account, you agree to:
You are solely responsible for all activities under your account, including unauthorized usage, and for maintaining accurate information.
By using Revamped, you agree not to:
Revamped reserves the right to terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
Revamped is designed with no intent to provide any competitive advantage to its users, whether paid or unpaid. Any misuse or abuse of the application is solely the responsibility of the end user. Such actions are neither endorsed nor supported by Revamped and may result in immediate suspension or termination of service across all of our platforms, without notice and without refund. See the "Termination and Enforcement" section below for the full grounds and consequences.
"User Content" refers to any information or content that you submit to Revamped. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of sharing it. By submitting content, you grant Revamped a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content.
Revamped may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such websites or services. Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Revamped, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or any other damages, whether arising from your use of the Service, inability to use the Service, or any other claims related to the Service.
Revamped disclaims all liability in any way or form, and by using the Service, you agree that no claim of any nature, including but not limited to claims for damages, losses, or expenses, can be brought against Revamped under any circumstances.
In no event shall Revamped be liable to you or any third party for any damages, including but not limited to damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service, regardless of whether the potential for such damages was known or should have been known. You agree that this limitation is comprehensive and applies to all forms of claims, including contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise.
If any jurisdiction does not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, this limitation of liability will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law in that jurisdiction.
By using the Service, you expressly agree to this complete limitation of liability.
We reserve the right to suspend, terminate, or restrict your account, cancel your entitlements (including Revamped Pro and Founder Lifetime), and revoke access to any part of the Revamped Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.
Grounds for termination. Grounds include, but are not limited to:
No refunds on termination for cause. If we terminate, suspend, or restrict your access under any of the grounds above (or under any other basis we determine appropriate at our sole discretion), you are not entitled to a refund of any amounts paid, in whole or in part, for any purchase, including monthly subscriptions, yearly subscriptions, the Founder Lifetime plan, and any add-on purchases. This applies to all plans and all purchases without exception, including Founder Lifetime. Prorated, partial, or credit refunds are not offered in these circumstances, and the Founder Lifetime discontinuation-credit provisions do not apply to accounts terminated for cause.
Voluntary cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Subscriptions on your device. You may also request deletion of your Revamped account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Voluntary cancellation of a subscription does not entitle you to a refund of the current billing period; paid access continues through the end of the period. Voluntary deletion of your account does not entitle you to a refund of any prior purchase, including the Founder Lifetime plan.
Effect of termination. Upon termination, your right to use the Revamped Service ceases immediately. We may retain minimum records required to enforce these Terms, comply with legal obligations, or prevent re-registration by terminated users. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including, without limitation, ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability) shall survive termination.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Revamped, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your use of the Service or any violation of these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Austria.
